This procurement will be carried out as a joint tender work between several municipalities. The cooperation only includes implementation of the procurement process, including preparation of the tender documentation and evaluation of tender offers. The agreement shall facilitate efficient and flexible management of procurements in a market characterised by rapid changes in technology, price and availability.
