The Australian Digital Health Agency (the Agency) conducts research, evaluation, consultation and user testing to understand awareness, attitudes, behaviours, experiences and outcomes associated with digital health technologies, including the Agency's products, services and capabilities. The Research, Evaluation & Statistics (RES) team is responsible for delivering this program of work. To support these activities, the Agency requires access to participant recruitment services and participant panels comprising Australian healthcare consumers, carers, healthcare professionals and healthcare administrative staff. The Agency is seeking one or more suppliers that can provide a consistent, transparent and scalable approach to participant recruitment across a range of research projects.
