Farm Credit Canada (FCC) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a fully hosted Learning Management System (LMS) solution, including implementation, migration, hosting, maintenance, training, and ongoing support services. The successful proponent will support the migration and delivery of FCC's existing Manage Your Farm Finances (MYFF) online learning program, provide bilingual (English and French) learner and administrator functionality, and deliver a secure, scalable, and user-friendly platform capable of supporting FCC's current and future e-learning requirements.Bidding and Documents are available on http://www.merx.com.
