PWGSC, on behalf of Department of National Defence (DND), is issuing this REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) for the acquisition of a tire changer including delivery, installation, commissioning and a training, located in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu (Quebec) Canada, as detailed in Annex Statement of Requirement.
