De opdracht heeft tot voorwerp: het inhuren van een technische specialist met de functie van toezichter bouwkunde, minimaal op medior niveau. Het gaat om een overeenkomst van 1 jaar wat overeenkomt met de vermoedelijke hoeveelheid van 1824 uur (op basis van 8 uur per dag; 19 werkdagen per maand, exclusief vakantieperiodes van de medewerker), die verlengbaar is tot een maximale looptijd van 8 jaar.
