Scope of work

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest przedłużenie wsparcia producenta dla posiadanego przez Sąd Apelacyjny w Łodzi systemu komunikacji głosowej na okres 36 miesięcy od dnia 28.12.2026 roku w tym: 1) dostarczenia subskrypcji dla systemu firmy CISCO Call Manager wersja 15; 2) przedłużenie kontraktów serwisowych producenta dla dwóch posiadanych routerów SIP CISCO C8200 oraz platformy serwerowej CISCO UCSC do obsługi telefonii IP
