Enterprise Cellular Services & Managed Mobility Services

Objeto del contrato

VIA Rail invites proposals for Canadian corporate cellular service for the provision of enterprise cellular voice and data services and the associated line-lifecycle connectivity services required under a dual-supplier model, to operate VIA Rail’s corporate mobile fleet across Canada (Both awarded Suppliers will provide and manage connectivity and line lifecycle services).  The Primary Supplier alone will provide the managed mobility service across VIA Rail devices and lines, including devices connected through the Secondary Supplier. The Primary Supplier will provide basic device preparation, maintain inventory in Microsoft Intune and ServiceNow, deploy and deliver mobility equipment, recover returned or replaced equipment, provide bilingual Level 1 mobility support during business hours through VIA Rail’s existing Service Desk, maintain VIA-owned inventory at the Primary Supplier’s designated secure service location, plan and execute approved device refresh activities and external billing monitoring across the fleet.Bidding and Documents are available on http://www.merx.com.
