Modification Notice Original description: The NAO sought to transform how it undertakes financial audits by procuring a flexible case management technology solution capable of supporting dynamic workflows, robust content management, effective collaboration, data‐led audit capability, and seamless integration with existing NAO systems. To achieve this, NAO launched a Competitive Dialogue procurement exercise in 2020, resulting in the contract award in 2022. Description of the modifications The contract was amended to revise operational support arrangements £1,136,000 for Apex, including service levels, fixed support charges and capped consumption-based services. Certain performance measures and obligations were removed or reassigned. Provisions relating to Microsoft responsibility, automated testing and supplier liability were also amended or clarified.
